NIH Common Form Updates

NIH issued NOT-OD-26-033 officially extending the leniency period on the use of the new Biosketch and Other Support Common Forms.  This leniency does NOT apply to linking your eRA Commons ID, My NCBI/SciENcv, and ORCID iD accounts.  You must link these accounts in order for any upcoming proposal to be successfully submitted.

Please follow the steps in the two videos below to ensure that your accounts are linked correctly:

As of the R01 deadline, 85% of our proposals submitted to the NIH have received warnings due to incorrect account linking.  To support you all in ensuring proper linkage, Lauren and I will be hosting Zoom office hours every day from 2-3 starting tomorrow through Wednesday, 2/25/26.  To join, click on the link below:
