The Pre-Award Team focuses on:

Connecting PIs to policy, SOPs, resources
Reviewing proposal guidelines and conducting compliance reviews
Submitting to the appropriate contracting office
Reviewing and submitting DRA proposals directly to NIH
Providing support at the post-submission and just-in-time stage

Research Strategy and Support

The Research Strategy & Support Team focuses on:

Deploying staff to assist with proposal preparation
Connecting researchers with relevant funding opportunities
Convening proposals/project planning meetings

Training and Education

The Training & Education Team focuses on:

Creating training materials
Drafting, finalizing, and posting checklists and templates
Conducting in-person and online trainings
